Problem with 3g-modem huawei e220

Hello, Im trying to set up pfsense with a 3g-modem. The modem Im using is a Huawei E220 and the ISP is Telia in Sweden. The problem Ive got is that when it tries to connect it says "The remote modem did not answer" in the PPP log then it disconnects.

ive checked the mpd_* file and it looks ok.

pls help me:)
