NMAP testing GRE

I'm having a brain fart and no amount of googling seems to be helping.

Can someone give me the nmap syntax to check if GRE is being allowed?  (Nmap 4.11)

I thought it was -sO, but that isn't helping..

(I'm trying to test my firewall rules from outside)
