Firewall log - em0 Src 192.168.0.1 Dst 224.0.0.1 IGMP - every 2 min

2.0-RC1 (i386)
built on Mon May 2 16:44:34 EDT 2011Background:I am connecting to the internet using PPoE and I just upgraded to last nights build.
Since I upgraded I am getting the following blocked multicast every couple of minutes.
Blocked em0 Src 192.168.0.1 Dst 224.0.0.1 IGMP
I have read that this has been an issue in the past but I don't know if it was ever resolved. I would like to get rid of the logging of this message so I click to make and easy block rule and I get the following error:
Status : EasyRule
This is the Easy Rule status page, mainly used to display errors when adding rules. If you are seeing this, there apparently was not an error, and you navigated to the page directly without telling it what to do.
From prior posts I found that you just add em0 to and opt interface then you can add your rule. Well I see a lot of people saying after you do that, you have to manually connect to the WAN to PPoE after every reboot, not good so I have taken no action.
Should I just wait for the next build of take some sort of action?

I was bailed out by floating rules!!! I used a floating rule to block and ignore the multicast traffic. Here is how I created this firewall rule, notice that I did not highlight any interfaces
