    4G image to big?

      Hi,

      It seem like the 4G CF image is slightly to big.

      I'm using a brand new 4GB CF from SanDisk, and when programming it fails in the end.
      Using another 4G CF, everything works fine. I would suggest making the image some
      10Meg smaller (doesn't realy matter when having 4G memory, but then it will fit for sure…)

        It's a problem that manufacturers seem to vary exactly how they define 4GB. They vary even across the same range from the same manufacturer.
        You can always use the 2GB image (or the 1Gb) and that has the advantage of taking a lot less time to flash.

        I agree that the sizes could be altered to slightly smaller though.

          We keep notching the sizes down and the manufacturers keep shrinking their cards…  :-\
