Losing the interface

Hello

I have the problem that im losing the Interface when i assign both networkcards. Sometimes after 10-20min sometimes directly after assign the Interface

Im using a onboard VIA VT6102 Rhine2 and a Intel 82559 in the PCI slot.

If i assign only one of this cards everythings works fine. But with both it is not working.

I tried also a D-Link DFE-528TX without any success.

On very strange thing ist that if im conected with ssh i only losing the webinterface but when i close the ssh conection its not
possible to conect again. The same thing with the ping.

The only thing to conect again is to assign the interface new.

Maybe someone can help
