      I changed from my self compiled nrpe package to the nrpe package of pfsense.
      It worked fine but i have a big problem!
      I have much more plugins in /usr/local/libexec/nagios/ as shown in the commands drop down menu in the pfsense webgui.
      How can i choose all installed plugins?

      Platform: amd64, 2.0 RC2

        I found the solution:

        edit the /usr/local/pkg/nrpe2.xml
        In this file are all dropdown entrys defined.
