Error with traffic shaping

After a while my past topics which is "Need someone to interpret clearly my figures" and "Traffic graph monitor clarification if traffic shaper is working fine"
I got finally an error which I dont understand at all and it seems my pfsense box is not functioning very well is it because of this error? I am trying to resolve it one by one but i dont know where to start hope to hear from you soon.
