Need porn IP blacklist

I was wondering if anyone could point me to where I can find a porn/adult ip blacklist for use with the IP-Blocklist package?

I tried the DNS Blacklist adult filter, but that sends every single site to google.

So is it possible to use squidgaurd without having to go through a proxy.  I really want the firewall to just block those urls and not have to tell the browser to go to a proxy to get those sites blocked?

Or you can use OpenDNS and not have to use the packages.  Shallalist is ok, but not anything close to comprehensive.
