    IPsec Traffic initiated on wrong interface

      I have a 2.0-RC? box and the IPsec traffic gets randomly initiated on the interface.  I am using two upstreams, which I have noted as "CABLE" and "LEASED".  I setup a few CARP addresses in order to put IPsec on a different IP address.  The first problem which I had was initiated connections always used the interface address instead of the assigned IP address.

      The second problem which I have had is that connections which are configured for LEASED randomly start going down CABLE and vice-versa.  I had intended to have all IPsec connections use the LEASED line, but switched to cable in frustration.

      Currently, I am forcing remote end points to initiate all communications.  Can anyone help me?
