Snort dies whith automatic reset of PPPOE

I have set my PPPOE to reset automatically to have the reset at "my" time, but snort dies and won't start again automatically. The "restart"-button doesn't work as expected too: It stops snort, but doesn't start it again. So a separate start of snort is necessary.
