Is this scenario possible?

This is my second question.

Below is my first one.

The first one is not possible, I think. Because no one answer my question.

So I change my scenario to below diagram.

172.20.1.1:8080 <–-- ADSL Modem ---> pfSense Server I <--+
Upstream Proxy                                  Transparent Proxy    |

172.21.1.1:8080 <----ADSL Modem ---> pfSense Server II<---|---> pfSense Server III <----> Clients (50)
Upstream Proxy                                  Transparent Proxy    |
                                                                                    |
No Proxy            <----Satellite Link -------------------------+
Direct to Internet

pfSense III must route all https traffic to No Proxy ( Satellite Link ).
For http traffic pfSense III must load balance between 3 WANs.

Is it possible?
If yes, how can I setup them?

Please help me.
