I have switch to the Pfsense 2.0 RC1 and I have imported the previous configuration using xml file.

I am getting this error when I am trying to access bandwidthd & proxy server (Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/www/pkg_edit.php on line 415)

Does anyone know how to overcome this.

      Cheers.
      Asanka.

First check under System > Packages, make sure the packages are really there. If they are, then go to Diagnostics > Backup/Restore and press the button to reinstall all packages. If they aren't there, just install them as usual.

It looks like it thinks the packages are there, since the menu entries are there, but they aren't really installed.
