I have not seen where this is possible in pfsense. But there is a wonderful program for Windows which I have been using for more than a year now. It's called Net Meter and works great. YOu can set your bandwidth threshold and it will notify you when you are close. You can also see statistics on your daily, weekly, monthly usage. I love it.

      Get it here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Network-Tools/Bandwidth-Tools/NetMeter.shtml

This is not possible with pfSense unless you start hacking in something.
