      I dont know how to put my PPPOE-client gateway in LOAD BALANCING POOL

      IS IT POSIBLE TO DO THAT ?

        The pool requires static gateways. If you pppoe-modem supports routermode set it to router and let the modem do the dialin. Then you can use the modemrouter as static gateway. If you have a dmz option in the modemrouter set it to the WAN-IP of the pfsense. Pfsense WAN can be set to static then.
