      Hey  :)

We are going to have a demo-device of a 1U-Server for testing with pfSense.

I would like to find out how many Mbit/s the Hardware can handle…

Could anybody please advise me how to measure that?

Is there a good way of bringing the box to it's limits?

      Thanks a lot in advance!

      Best regards,

      Christian

iperf is good for this. It is a client server application for testing throughput.

[iperf box] –--- [pfsense box] –-- [iperf box]
