I have configured PPPoE server on pfsense 1.2.3 release, client are able to connect to the internet and everything looks fine but client who have home routers are able to connect to the server and even the ips are assigned but they are unable to use the internet.

Are you using private IPs on the PPPoE server? Or public IPs?

If they are private IPs, you need to do manual outbound NAT and setup outbound NAT rules so they get NAT applied as they leave.

If they are public IPs, then your upstream router needs to route the PPPoE client IPs subnet back to the pfSense firewall.
