Sorry if this is a simple answer or a repost, but I'm tired, it's late, and I've lost patience trying to get this to work.

I'm trying to get a game on a computer that runs Games for Windows to work.  I try to login in game to live and it will try to download a profile.  It will then say that it failed to download.  I then tried a suggestion that said to run the Internet connection evaluation tool from Microsoft. It said that the NAT Type was not supported, but everything else was.

Any idea on how I can fix this so that it will login and download?

      Thanks
