How can I get a SIP VoIP provider to work through this firewall?

I have ports 5060-5063 UDP and 10000-20000 UDP forwarded and also firewall rules allowing them in.

I read somewhere that this might be a problem because pfsense doesn't use cone NAT.

Any ideas for me?
