Hello Everyone is it possible in squid to block uploading of emails, if not what is the idea behind blocking the upload of files in the email.

No. Squid is a caching proxy for the Web supporting HTTP, HTTPS, FTP.
Email - is the POP/SMTP/IMAP proto.
