After the update to snapshot Tue Jul 26 19:24:24 EDT 2011, all the IPSEC links didn't work.

IPSec log shows a lot of "ERROR: error message: 'No proposal is chosen'" and "ERROR: none message must be encrypted".

My ISP suddenly changed my years long DHCP IP address to a new one.
