Trying to mount root from ufs dev ad0s1a

I just installed pfsense 2.0 and had it running for about 3 hours and all of the sudden it froze up and when I rebooted I had the error message below. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thx trying to mount root from ufs dev ad0s1a Warning :/ was not properly dismounted Warning: R/W mount of / Denied. Filesystem is not clean - run fsck

Warning :/ was not properly dismounted Warning: R/W mount of / Denied. Filesystem is not clean - run fsck
mount: /dev/ados1a : Operation not permittedThis sort of thing is sometimes seen when pfSense doesn't shutdown cleanly (e.g. panic or power fail). On my last reboot I saw: Trying to mount root from ufs:/dev/ad0s1a
WARNING: / was not properly dismounted
WARNING: R/W mount of / denied. Filesystem is not clean - run fsck

You might be able to boot from a FreeBSD or pfSense USB stick.

when I run fsck /dev/ad0s1a I get the error message below. Any suggestions fsck cannot determine file system type automatically

Well I re-installed the pfsense. Then I was installing my configs and after a while pfsense just locked up. I did a hard boot and it came back up but on the console screen and serial screen it just hangs on the message below. I think of doing another re-install maybe this time not use the 64bit version but just use the 32bit version please let me know what you think. thx trying to mount from ufs:/dev/ad0s1a

Using the 32-bit version may provide some additional information.

Did not do a reinstall I did a fsck -t ufs /dev/ad0s1a and everything was clean but I still get a trying to mount from ufs:/dev/ad0s1a at the console screen and just hangs their. But I am log into the web gui of pfsense and I am passing traffic through and making changes with no problem. This is very weird.
