FreeSWITCH - fs_cli

Trying to get FreeSWITCH going - I did at one point but now I'm totally lost. fs_cli does not seem to work either, it gives this error:

[ERROR] libs/esl/fs_cli.c:652 main() Error Connecting [Connection Error]

FreeSWITCH is running :-
# ps -A | grep -i free
32041  ??  I      0:33.19 /usr/local/freeswitch/bin/./freeswitch -nc

Any help, please?
