Using: shaper, upnpd

Had the same issue and reverted back to July 24. Is this fixed as no one else seems to have had this happen?

Otherwise all seems to be running well.

Thanks for the attention on this one sir.

This issue is not related to any packages. I did a clean install yesterday, and when I updated my box with the latest snapshot, this problem occurred.
I think this started after July 18 snapshot.
