RC-3 open BGPd kernel issue

Trying to setup openbgpd our neighbor requires a password, we are unable to bring the bgp session up and what we are seeing in the pfsense logs are this

"no kernel support for PF_KEY"

is there a chance you forgot to check the box during kernel building in rc-3 for md5 ? or are we doing something else wrong?
