PPPOE setup with Radius Manager, need clarification please

Please have a look at the images, I have PPPOE server on WAN5 but Radius manager connected (192.168.0.134) on LAN, does this matter, also can you see any issues with my rules or pppoe conifg.  I am surprised I could not find a guide how to set this up.  I have been able to get PPPOE working without radius manager by entering the user at the bottom, however when doing so, speedtest drop by about 40% compared to connecting to PF via LAN????
