      While trying to install softflowd on pf1.2.3 I get the error below.

      pkg_add -r softflowd                                                          Error: FTP Unable to get ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-7.2-release/Latest/softflowd.tbz: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)

      pkg_add: unable to fetch 'ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-7.2-release/Latest/softflowd.tbz' by URL

        Try using packages-7-stable in that url instead of packages-7.2-release

        (This is mentioned on the doc wiki as well for installing packages)

          I'm following this page . http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Exporting_NetFlow_with_softflowd

          $ pkg_add -r softflowd
          I do not know how to choose witch package version to use.

            just copy/paste that whole URL there instead of just saying "softflowd" and change the url before running the command.
