Which iso to upgrade intel server from 1.2.3 to 2.0



  • Its been awhile since I installed this, what version do i need to upgrade to 2.0? What are the 1g, 2g, 4g etc?

    But I believe I figured it out 1g etc is usb stick size



  • those are CF card images, you should try liveinstaller instead(if you're having harrddrive)

    Which ones the live CD? They use to say "RELEASE-LiveCD" or something

  • I think I found it I was under updates not downloads
    pfSense-2.0-RC3-i386-20110621-1650.iso  Correct?  Will it keep all my setting's or will I have to re-configure?

    You can backup your config and import it into 2.0. You should be able to upgrade from the GUI.
    A common source of problems with this is non-standard characters in the config.xml file, probably worth reading through it to check first.

    The ISO you linked to is the official RC3 release however it's a a bit old now. Newer snapshots are here:
