CPU Load under XenServer 5.6 FP2
-
I didn't find any other posts relating to this topic, otherwise please give me a hint ;)
We installed 2.0-RC3 under Citrix XenServer 5.6 FP2 and pfSense just runs fine (we have tested OpenVPN, Firewall, etc.), except that the hypervisor shows a permanent cpu load of 25-30% for the virtualized pfSense.
If I start top inside the virtualized pfSense, the load in normal operations is quite low ~ 1-2 % CPU usage. I'm not sure if this is a problem of pfSense 2.0-RC3 or the XenServer. Are there any ideas to investigate this issue?
Thanks!

Last I checked even fp2 doesn't support FreeBSD hence pfSense. It will run as an HVM guest, but performance metrics wont be available or skewed at best. Live mig and such won't be available either.

If it's any solace I have the exact same issue on XenServer 6 beta and my 2.0 RC3 box is performing flawlessly as well.
