      Hi all

I have some old'ish hardware that I want to install PFSense 2.0RC3 on. It installs fine, but when I want to boot the newly installed pfsense, it just hangs at the boot menu after it counted down.
I think the hardware is maybe 4 years old, it is a Pentium 4 3Ghz with hyperthreading with 1GB ram. Motherboard is Intel Desktop board D865GBF.

I can install Freebsd 8.2 on it and it works fine, so I'm confused as to why Pfsense wont work. I even tried fixing the bootloader with the freebsd disk, but no luck there.

      Any ideas?

        Forgot to mention…
I also tried to install pfsense 1.2.3 (so I can perhaps do an upgrade), but this wont even boot the cd all the way.
