I'm playing with pfSense to learn it ready to replace a freeBSD firewall and vLan DHCP server on Monday.

It was going well, but now it is not DHCPing on any of my vLans.

I know this isn't much to say, but does anyone have any ideas?  I have rebooted the vLan switch & pfSense box but that hasn't helped.

Sorry to sound as dim as a labour MP, but I don't understand what you mean.

Have you configured it to serve DHCP for your VLANs?

Gone through it and reset most things up - now it works!

                  Not sure what happened.

Worrying bit is that I've just put it onto the real line (one I was testing it for) and it can't get through to the internet!  I'll keep playing and, hopefully, find the new problem.

I just put mine into production for a window of verification on real loads and needed to have my ISP refresh the details for the "new" device they need to provide with an IP address.

Perhaps you need to follow the process for your ISP on binding your IP address to the new router (pfSense)…
