Bandwidth limit for certain IP range

I am new here, sorry if this is very basic stuff.

I would like to put an internet bandwidth limit on connections from a certain group of users. Is this possible?

Basically we have 2 kinds of users 1. staff and 2. visitors. Visitors are given a voucher code and will get an IP address in a different range from staff. I want to limit the bandwidth for visitors only.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can use to achive this.

First create a Queue on Traffic Shaper.
Second attach the queue to traffic which you want to limit or prioritize.
