I know this was posted before,  I seem to miss placed the link
      I'm using release 2.0
everything is working fine until the hydro went out, rebooted
      but havp did not restart.
after some log review pw cant find user havp
added user manually and it works now
is there a patch for this?

I would like to write a cron script on boot to add user and restart havp
just need to know how to restart havp from cli
      thanks  for any help!

      don't fix it, if ain't broken !!!

Before start writing a script, try to reinstall or uninstall/install it and then do a reboot.

Some uninstall scripts for packages may break other installed packages.

I had the same problem, not sure whey – but creating a 'havp' user and group under the "user manager" gui section is a temp workaround.

did it stay after a reboot.
i fix it and when i upgrade or if the hydro goes out  and reboot i have to manually fix it.
