NUT USV shutdown / service start

Hi !

dumb question:

does nut until now only monitor USV parameters or can I confugire shutdown parameters as well ?

Furthermore, any clues why NUT does not start the service with the current config when starting pfsense ?
I have to press save everytime and after that it's started… !?
