Remove Shaper and Add New Queue buttons not working

I seem to have gotten my pfSense 2.0-RELEASE in a state where I cannot add a queue to WAN or LAN in the shaper, and I cannot remove the existing shaper to start over. Both buttons do nothing. I have tried clearing the contents of <shaper>in config.xml and rebooting. I also re-ran the single lan wizard. Is there shaper config stored in another part of the file, or is there a different log I can look at?</shaper>

Ugh… Nevermind. IE9 is not liking the button inside the A href.
