Setting up new box, setup vlan, however there is no way to assign IP address to a LAN interface that is a vlan from the CLI wizard?!

Am I supposed to setup a non vlan management interface first? AfaIk there is no management interface, only WAN and LAN?!

      please set me straight?

      Mark

Assign vlans and interfaces with option 1 at cli

Then use option 2 to assign ip to lan/wan.

Indeed I did try this, it only allows changing WAN to static or dhcp and revert webconfigurator to HTTP.

No way to assign IP addresses to vlan…

One would have thought that a vlan would be treated just as a phy interface, however they donn't show up.

Did you assigned lan and wan interface?

When you have both, the option 2 shows a submenu to choose between lan and wan.
