My DSL connection really varies in speed and ping, I get nowhere the advertised rates of 6000/768

I need to prioritize VOIP traffic above all others, to process VOIP packets 1st
and if possible prefer torrent traffic last

Any examples anyone can give that dosent include having to configure the wan/lan speeds?
