Hardware for a corporate install of pfsense?

we are currently using an ancient device, and were looking at a replacement Soekris 6501-70, but these are only sold mainland Europe.
We aren't looking at doing anything funky, we like the interface, monitoring ability of pfsense and in essence all we use it for is DHCP for now for out wireless network.
Anyone know of a more widely available device available in the UK?.

How many interfaces do you need? What sort of through-put are you looking for? Does it need to be rack mounting?
