HAVP and Steaming video

I have serious issues streaming video when the HAVP package is installed. I've made sure to uncheck the scan media streams. I know its HAVP because instantly after uninstalling it all goes away. I have it setup as a Transparent proxy.
Any ideas where to start?

Did you tried it together with squid?
Use hapv as parent for squid and set some custom rules to do not cache media
