      Hello All,

I'm a happy pfSense user for already a couple years. Until now i'm still using pfSense 1.2.3 for everything, but for me it's time to upgrade to version 2.0.
      Well, today I thought - let's give pfSense 2 a try :-)

On one configuration i'm using pfSense a transparant firewall (which is working fine in 1.2.3), but I can't get it to work in pfSense 2.0.
I know there are tutorial on the net, but these are all for pfSense 1.0.
I'm looking for a way to make a transparant firewall/bridge for the LAN/WAN interface. It's just firewall the data between the WAN/LAN interface.
I'm not looking for NAT; the clients on the LAN side are using the DHCP server/IP range from the network at the WAN side.

Is there anyone who build a setup like this in pfSense 2.0? :-)

        Hi there,

I'm using pfSense 2.0 as a transparent firewall.
As somebody had the same question some time ago I already explained it in this post.
Feel free to ask question there.

        Christoph
