Warning: copy(/cf/conf/backup/config-1322635135.xml): failed to open stream: No space left on device in /etc/inc/config.lib.inc on line 834 Warning: fopen(/cf/conf/backup/backup.cache): failed to open stream: Device not configured in /etc/inc/config.lib.inc on line 841 Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /etc/inc/config.lib.inc on line 842 Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /etc/inc/config.lib.inc on line 843 Warning: fopen(/cf/conf/config.xml.139): failed to open stream: No space left on device in /etc/inc/config.lib.inc on line 445 Warning: require_once(growl.class): failed to open stream: Device not configured in /etc/inc/notices.inc on line 346 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'growl.class' (include_path='.:/etc/inc:/usr/local/www:/usr/local/captiveportal:/usr/local/pkg') in /etc/inc/notices.inc on line 346
When i click on system->advanced this message comes
500 - Internal Server Error
my knowledge is not enough , could anybody of you friends please help me
thanks

You have no space left on device, just like your error Message says.
-
hi marcelloc thanks for the input.
may i know now how to freeup some space.
I'm not able to connect via ssh.
thanks
kalu -
Another point of fact: Often an "out of space" message doesn't really mean that it's out of space, just that it failed to write, meaning your HDD/CF/etc has gone bad.
-
Thankyou jimp your answer seems quite logical as the dashboard shows only 42% usage of space.
if it had been a PC i would have formatted it and installed a new pfsense on it.
Since it's a NanoBsd on CF.
I would be obligated if anybody can show me a direction on how to re-format and re-install pfsense on NanoBsd device.
thanks for your support

any guidelines friends..??
Thanks
kalu -
Have you looked in the documentation area: http://doc.pfsense.org
-
thanks for the vague answer wallabybob.
I'm happy at least you didn't said www.google.com or search the internet.
If that's the answer then there would be no need of forum.
It would have been nice if you somebody could point me to http://docs.pfsense.org/How_to_reinstall_nanobsd.php.
I really searched and didn't found a relevant topic.
just to let you know that i just didn't fired the question without searching.
with thanks
