You have no space left on device, just like your error Message says.

Another point of fact: Often an "out of space" message doesn't really mean that it's out of space, just that it failed to write, meaning your HDD/CF/etc has gone bad.

Thankyou jimp your answer seems quite logical as the dashboard shows only 42% usage of space.
if it had been a PC i would have formatted it and installed a new pfsense on it.
Since it's a NanoBsd on CF.
I would be obligated if anybody can show me a direction on how to re-format and re-install pfsense on NanoBsd device.
                thanks for your support

thanks for the vague answer wallabybob.
I'm happy at least you didn't said www.google.com or search the internet.
If that's the answer then there would be no need of forum.
It would have been nice if you somebody could point me to http://docs.pfsense.org/How_to_reinstall_nanobsd.php.
I really searched and didn't found a relevant topic.
just to let you know that i just didn't fired the question without searching.
                      with thanks
