Snort won't start after update

Hello All,

I am using PF 2.0 release with snort package after update```
Snort 2.9.1 pkg v. 2.0

snort[38700]: FATAL ERROR: Unable to open rules file "/usr/local/etc/snort/snort_12451_em0//usr/local/etc/snort/snort_12451_em0/reference.config": No such file or directory.

any idea
please advice
