      It is possible that after booting the system starts directly in shell rather than in the custom menu?

        from where you're looking?
        if you're using ssh and some other admin account than admin itself then it's working correctly

          Ah, ok. I was trying only as the admin. I didn't took other users into consideration.

            no no, you got me wrong(, i admit i explained poorly)

            If you login with admin account menu should appear, but if you login with myaccount which has admiin rights you should not see the menu.
