Trying to install 2.0.1 on a new AMD machine.  When I select the Quick Install it says it cannot find any suitable disk.

Downloaded FreeBDS 8.2 and tried it on the PC to make certain it could recognize the Sata drive.  No problem FreeBDS 8.2 installed without any problems.  Tried the PFsense install disk again and same result, unable to locate a suitable disk.  Do not understand how FreeBDS 8.2 installs but PFSense version FreeBDS 8.1 does not.

How can I get around this issue?  The hardware is a AMD Fx 4100, 8 GB of Ram, Seagate 160Gb Sata-6G , Asus M5A99X Evo motherboard, Intel Gigabit network cards.

      Thanks

The first try is changing sata mode.

Enhanced, ahci, compatible mode on bios
