Upgraded from 2.0 to 2.0.1 and I lost many packages during the upgrade. For example SQUID or NRPE wont install. Seems like files are missing on the freebsd servers (directory packages-8.1-release is non existant) :

      pkg_add -r squid

Error: Unable to get ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8.1-release/Latest/squid.tbz: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
pkg_add: unable to fetch 'ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8.1-release/Latest/squid.tbz' by URL

With the gui, seems like the files are not found either :
