Share songs to users with volume limit

I have nearly 20 users(clients) who are using INTERNET through pf sense. On my PC some songs are install. I want to share them to my users. The problem is that I want that in a day the limit of downloading(watching,coping etc) songs from my PC is 1 GB, In short i mean 1GB/day. is it possible through pf-sense. explain me i detail because i am new on pf-sense.

Apart from the fact that what you want to do is completely illegal.. the answer is yes its possible.

There may be other ways to do it (squid for example) but this is simple to do with a RADIUS server.
