Nearly 20 users(clients) are using INTERNET through my pf sense. I am using 2 wan for giving INTERNET to these 20 users. In these 20 users , 8 users are v heavy users(the users who use too much INTERNET) and 12 user are low users(the users who use v less INTERNET).
I have 2 wan so i want that my 8 users use INTERNET from wan 1 and 12 users use INTERNET from  wan 2.
Is it possible if yes then how?
Explain in detail with some pictures and suggestion. i am new on pf-sense.

If you are using static IPs , you can create 2 Alias, 1 with your 8 heavy users, and the other with the 12 users. Then use "Policy Routing".
