Authentication with Active Directory of Proxy Server
-
Dear Expert, My Authentication with Active Directory of Proxy Server is working and able to access restricted internet + authentication of any users on Domain Controller successfully, but it always prompts for usersname and password whenever browser is opened. Is there any way to stop from prompting usersname and password as the machine is being already authenticated with DC

Just with ntlm or kerberos auth on squid. But in both cases, you will need to install extra packages from freebsd to get it working.

the most used is samba to join active directory and then use ntlm auth.
You will find these packages on FTP-archive.freebsd.org(pfsense 2 is based on freebsd 8.1)

I had install the above file but still it prompts for usersname and password for the users of Domain Controller.
And libmycryp.tbz file is not there, i thinks there is some typing mistake it maybe libmcrypt.tbz. -
Maybe a typo.
Did you joined machine to domain and changed squid auth to use ntlm?
If don't, take a look on any samba+ squid tutorial.
