        This tutorial doesn't work for me either..

        As i mentioned before in another thread i'm running an ftp server inside the VPS that i'm trying to limit the speed, running behind nat still getting all the upload speed of the link, it just doesn't frikin work…

          Great video, thanks!

          I had a problem where my added firewall rule wasn't being reached because I had an "allow traffic" rule earlier that was hit.  I moved the limiting rule closer to the top of the list, and the test worked (slower connection).

              I should mention that I didn't create the video, that was somebody on DSLReports, but he did such a good job of it I had to share it here.
