Hardware:  Mini-ITX D525 Atom, 250 GB HDD, 2 GB RAM, 5 NICS (2 integrated and 3 additional Intel Gigabit)

Error:  When I tried to install pfsense 2.0.1 the installation always stops at 38% with message along /usr/local/bin/cpdup -vvv -l -o /usr/mnt/usr

Fix:  There were numerous postings on possible fixes / messages on disabling CPU features, resize drives, etc.  What worked for me was to disable the 2 integrated NICS, and use the 3 other Intel NICS I requested to be added during build process when originally purchased.

On pfSense 2.0.1 i386 using USB based install; had to choose APIC disable for USB install to continue.
