This appear during bootup. Have tried all versions (2.0.1 , 2.0.2-dev and 2.1-dev)
They all show the same error:

      acd0: READ_BIG MEDIUM ERROR asc=0x11 ascq=0x05

After a while, with a bunch of lines with same error, it still boots up, but what is it?

Is this on a Dell server?  I ended up having to swap out the slimline CD drive eventually due to the same errors.

If that's on CD, that's normal, and not fatal.

It's trying to read or probe the CD in some way that isn't possible while booting from CD.
